An example CE to make effects work if the item is in the offhand
DESCRIPTION
This is an example CE for making an effect work when an item with the enchant is held in the offhand. You could additionally make anything be held anywhere for the effect to run, for example a stone sword in the top right slot of your inventory, if you wanted.
